Carrot Ginger Soup Recipe

For this recipe, you need the following ingredients:

  • 1 Zucchini

Spicy Cocoa Sauce Recipe

  • 1 can of full-fat coconut milk,

  • A large onion

  • 4 chopped cloves of garlic

  • Turmeric Cayenne to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

  • Cumin and Cinnamon

Once you have all the ingredients, you need to prepare as follows: Put onion, garlic and spices in the coconut milk and add salt Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes Once it is cool, it will be ready to take

The best thing with this kind f sauce is that you can keep the remaining five days o more in a freezer.

Flax Granola Recipe

Ingredients 1 cup whole flaxseeds Pure vanilla Extract Raisins Cranberries Sunflower seeds to taste cup water Cinnamon Nutmeg, cloves to taste

To prepare this recipe, you need to soak the flax and cinnamon in some water and keep it overnight in a fridge.

In the morning, spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for about 1 hour at 275 degrees.

Then add the raisins and nuts or any other seed of your choice and bake for 10 more minutes. Leave it to cool for some time, and it will be ready to take.

Lemonade Cleanse

This recipe is one of the easiest to prepare because all you need is

  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup

  • 1/10 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

  • 8 ounces of purified water.

Method Mix the lemon juice with the maple syrup and the cayenne pepper and add 8 ounces of purified water. Once you mix it well, it will be ready to drink.

You need to know that when you are using this mixture, you do not need to eat anything else. You can also take up to 8 glasses of this mixture in a single day.

All the above recipes are to be used for 3 days only. It is also important to try not to substitute the ingredients as most of the substitutes may not have the same effects.
